Candidates also should have strong financial skills, high understanding and experience in parks and open space development, community center management, sports complex management, including full service sports programming experience, excellent communication skills and team leadership skills. Additional critical skills include consensus building among citizens, elected officials and employees and decisive decision making. Salary is depending on qualifications with full benefit package, including a pension plan (L-6) through Missouri LAGERS. Residency is required within one year of hire.
